Only capture conversations you are authorized to transcribe. You are responsible for participant consent and compliance with applicable laws and workplace rules. Do not use the service to secretly record people.

Review important details

Automated transcripts can omit words or introduce errors. Verify names, numbers, decisions, and other important statements with participants. The application offers no accuracy or availability guarantee.

Costs and availability

No paid AI subscription is required by this software. Local processing uses device resources and downloads model files. Hosting, database storage, network access, and backup services may carry costs or quotas. Operators may impose limits.

You can export and delete your transcripts in the application. See the privacy notice for details about local processing, server storage, and backup limitations.
